Q Does Richland Library offer music for downloading or streaming?

Updated: Sep 26, 2017

Richland Library cardholders can check out 10 titles per month through hoopla digital, which includes many complete albums which you may check out for 7 days for streaming access.

Richland Library cardholders can also stream music or download up to 6 songs per week through Freegal. To access Freegal on our website, go to "Download it" and click the Freegal link next to "Music." Log in with your library card number and PIN to select and download songs and music videos (music videos cost two download 'points').

Freegal has both MP3 songs and MP4 music videos and will play on your computer media player. You can download songs directly to your computer and drag into iTunes or play with Windows Media Player. There is also a free Freegal Music mobile app available for iPhones and Androids free in the Apple App Store and in Google Play.
