Q How do I cancel a hold?
If your request is not yet shipped or held then you can cancel it. Go to My account and sign in. Click on Requests to the right and select the request you would like to cancel and click the Cancel Selected button on the bottom of the page.
However, once a title is held for you on the shelf it can no longer be canceled via computer. To cancel a hold after you recieve notice that it is ready for you please contact us through the website or call the library where the item is held. That way we can check it in so it can be passed along to the next person.
