Children's Programming

Enjoy a variety of programs at all Richland Library, beginning right from birth with Mother Goose storytime and continuing with Hello, Baby! and Toddler storytime. Children ages three to five enjoy Preschool storytime, and all ages are welcome at Family storytime, offered Saturday mornings and at various times during the week.

School age children and teens find fun stuff afternoons and weekends, including book discussion groups, puppet workshops, crafts and creative dramatics. Our literary magazine, Kids in Print, publishes local kids’ stories, poems and art. The Junior Volunteer Program offers children the opportunity to serve in the community.

All programs and services are planned by a well-trained staff eager to help select books you will enjoy. We are always happy to provide assistance choosing materials in person or by phone – just ask.

Check out all of our Children's Programs! We can't wait to see you at the Library.
