    Tonight at the Wheatley Library in Old Shandon, District 5 County Councilman Seth Rose will be having a meet and greet from 6:30-7:30. Councilman Rose's district stretches from Five Points to Shandon to Rosewood. He will be available to address any issues or concerns you have in the district. Light refreshments will be available during the program. Community Connections is a program supported by the Friends of the Richland Library.
