Are you ready to get up and get moving? Zumba is coming to Richland Library!
Join instructor Nadia Johnson on Saturday, September 21 for the third class in Richland Library's Eat Fit, Think Fit, Be Fit Series. If you enjoy moving to the beat of great music, you'll love Zumba!
This latin-inspired cardio was created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez in the 1990s. Since Perez brought it to the United States in 2001, Zumba's popularity has skyrocketed. Using music styles like salsa, cumbia, samba, and hip-hop, our instructor will lead us through fun dance workout. Feel like your dancing skills aren't good enough? No worries. As long as you keep moving, you'll have a great time and get a fantastic workout!
