It seems like everyone I’ve talked to lately is trying to get back into their healthy lifestyle routine. There’s something about the advent of spring that makes us all want to eat well and get outside to move around.

Raw Food has become an increasingly popular way to eat well. Whether you are looking to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet or are looking to make a major life change, raw food may be beneficial.

Sharon Wright, co-owner and chef at the Good Life Café, returned to Richland Library on March 12 to discuss the Raw Food diet and demonstrated some fresh, delicious recipes for spring. She showed how to feel great, look younger and have abundant energy without sacrificing taste!
