Business owners are always looking for creative ways to grow their business and usually look to business experts for advice. Siimon Reynolds, Forbes contributor, recommends that the fastest, most effective way to grow a business is to focus on the sales process.

Mr. Reynolds offers this advice, “Sit down and work out what the average amount of time your people are spending each week either directly selling or on improving the sales process. Then set a goal to triple it, starting next week.”

Richard Branson, the founder of Virgin Group (which consists of more than 400 companies world-wide) offers these 5 Rules for Good Business: "Know Your Mission, Make Sure You Get the Basic Structure Right, Get the Right Team at the Top, A Strong Purpose and a Sense of Ethics Give the Company a Solid Foundation and No Matter How Big Your Are, Details Count."
