Personal Training with Syvelle Newton

Get a sneak peak of personal training during the second program in the library’s Eat Fit, Think Fit, Be Fit series. So, what are the advantages of this type of exercise? A personal trainer takes the time to understand what you want to achieve through exercise and works with you to develop a plan to help you attain your fitness goal while taking any health concerns into consideration. A workout consists of a variety of exercises that target areas for toning such as squats, lunges, and push-ups. Just when you think you’ve done one push up too many, your personal trainer is there to keep you motivated and moving! Join us this Saturday, September 14th, at the Main Library at 1:00 p.m. as Syvelle Newton guides us through various exercises that you might even be able to use at home to get fit.
