From an Idea to a Plan

You have a wonderful idea for a business, so now what? Making your dream a reality begins with a solid business plan. Even if you do not need to seek funding, a business plan is important. The most important person to convince of the feasibility of your plan is yourself.

It should be a dynamic instrument describing your product or service and your game plan for the future. By the time you finish you will know whether you have a viable plan. It should bring up potential problems and issues that you had not thought of before. This internal document will also help you decide whether you are meeting your goals and objectives.

Join us on Wednesday, March 13, 6:00 pm Main Library, Bostick Auditorium as Mr. John LaFond, Midlands SCORE presents “Business Plan101.”
