Volunteer Opportunities for Teens!

Interested in earning volunteer hours? The Teen Center has you covered! We invite you to join our teen volunteer organization, Teen Advisory Board. We believe that Teen Advisory Board, or TAB, serves as the voice of Richland County teens. As a Teen Advisory Board member, you will assist Richland Library staff in a variety of ways, including assisting with programs and events, creating book displays, and recommending new services.

Sound like something you want to be a part of? Great! Here's how it works: we meet once a month, volunteer hours are earned and recorded, and we continue to foster an environment for teens by teens.

Ready to sign up? Download our TAB application and return it to our Richland Library Main location! Join us for our next Teen Advisory Board meeting on Saturday, August 12 at 3:30 p.m. in Room 214 on our second level at Richland Library Main. Ages 12 to 18 welcome.

Questions? Contact Teen Services at (803) 929-3470 for more information.
