Class description: Tired of ordering Chinese takeout? Learn how to make Chinese takeout at home with some simple dishes that will leave you wondering why you even eat out in the first place. Menu: Pork and Shrimp Dumplings - Orange Chicken - Fortune Cookies. What to expect: • All classes are for ages 18 and up, unless noted otherwise • You will be standing and cooking for most of this hands-on class • Be sure to wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back • All classes are limited to 16 people and you will work in groups of 4 • You will get to sample the recipes you make • All classes are roughly 1 ½ to 2 hours long **Please Note** Culinary program waivers MUST be signed upon arrival to the program. Any questions about food allergies must be addressed before the start of the program. Recipes and ingredients will not be altered/substituted due to food allergies or diet restrictions.
