After hundreds of individuals engaged in the Let's Talk Race series over the course of 2017, Richland Library is bringing these facilitator-led conversations to the forefront again. Please join us for the first program from 6:30 - 8 p.m., Monday, June 25 at our Main location (1431 Assembly Street). In an effort to peacefully address the topic of racism, which has gripped news headlines across the country, these conversations plan to encourage members of the community to take part in this difficult and sometimes emotional dialogue. This program is in partnership with Race to the Table SC.The Let's Talk Race series is scheduled to continue in August and October 2018.
