Did you know that representatives from Lifeline Wireless, a Federal Lifeline program that provides a FREE cellular phone along with FREE minutes, data, and text messages, are at the Richland Library Main location every Tuesday from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM? Class Description: Tired of ordering Chinese takeout? Learn how to make Chinese takeout at home with some simple dishes that will leave you wondering why you even eat out in the first place. Menu: Pork and Shrimp Dumplings – Orange Chicken – Fortune Cookies. What to expect: • All classes are for ages 18 and up, unless noted otherwise • You will be standing and cooking for most of this hands-on class • Be sure to wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back • All classes are limited to 16 people and you will work in groups of 4 • You will get to sample the recipes you make • All classes are roughly 1 ½ to 2 hours long
