Class description: The kickoff of summer starts with the firing of the grill, or indoor grill in our case. We will learn indoor grilling techniques that can be used year round, but tastes especially delicious in the summer. Menu: Shrimp and Cherry Tomato Kabobs - Grilled Skirt Steak with Chimichurri - Arugula Orange Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette. What to expect: • All classes are for ages 18 and up, unless noted otherwise • You will be standing and cooking for most of this hands-on class • Be sure to wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back • All classes are limited to 16 people and you will work in groups of 4 • You will get to sample the recipes you make • All classes are roughly 1 ½ to 2 hours long **Please Note** Culinary program waivers MUST be signed upon arrival to the program. Any questions about food allergies must be addressed before the start of the program. Recipes and ingredients will not be altered/substituted due to food allergies or diet restrictions.
