Class description: As temperatures rise, we combat the heat the best way we know how. With ice cream of course! Learn the process making ice cream and homemade waffle cones. It's a tasty way to cool down this summer. Menu: Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream - Chocolate Dipped Red Velvet Waffle Cones. What to expect: • All classes are for ages 18 and up, unless noted otherwise • You will be standing and cooking for most of this hands-on class • Be sure to wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back • All classes are limited to 16 people and you will work in groups of 4 • You will get to sample the recipes you make • All classes are roughly 1 ½ to 2 hours long **Please Note** Culinary program waivers MUST be signed upon arrival to the program. Any questions about food allergies must be addressed before the start of the program. Recipes and ingredients will not be altered/substituted due to food allergies or diet restrictions. Any questions, please contact the hosting branch.
