Walking for Fitness, Walking for Life

Walk your way to increased health, fitness, happiness and productivity. We will use Leslie Sansone’s walk workout series to increase our circulation, tone our bodies, and improve our health so we can look and feel great for the Spring and Summer.
Remember to wear/bring comfortable workout clothes/shoes, accessories, and please check with your healthcare provider before starting a workout program. *Bottled water/snacks will be provided.
