Columbia is answering the Solar Eclipse’s 2:30 seconds of darkness with a decade of brilliance – by introducing Southern Lights, a public laser light sculpture. Discover the Brilliance Behind the Beams during a PowerPoint presentation revealing ties between laser sculptor Chris Robinson and the laser’s inventor, Nobel Laureate and Greenville, SC native Charles Townes.
