Are you interested in improving your health by eating better? One approach many people are embracing is a raw foods diet. On Thursday evening, August 22, 2013, Sharon Wright, co-owner and chef at the Good Life Café led a program at the Main Library that discussed the benefits of a raw food diet. Program attendees received recipes and information about how to incorporate raw foods into their daily lives. Sharon will return to the Main Library on Tuesday, October 8, 2013, at 6:00 to present another raw foods program as part of our Eat Fit, Think Fit, Be Fit series.
