Famous artwork from Where the Wild Things Are. The Wild Things from Maurice Sendak's classic book greet you as you enter the room and in a mural along the back of the room. Michael Hagen, the scenic artist responsible for rendering Mr. Sendak's stage and set designs, produced the artwork. This was the first time Mr. Sendak authorized use of his work as public art.
