    Every Saturday from 2-5 p.m.  for the next five weeks, English as a Second Language: Survival English program continues at the Sandhills location of the Richland Library. This is an eight week course offered in partnership with Richland School District 2's W.R. Rogers Center. Taught by instructor Tara Smith, it is intended for Internationals newly arrived and focused on the very basics of getting around in English.
