    The 3M Cloud Library is a new way for libraries to lend eBooks. With the 3M Cloud Library, library customers use their personal RCPL accounts to access e-books for their devices. Simply browse, select and check out books to synce them on your computer and mobile devices simultaneously. Don't own an e-reader? You can borrow a 3M eBook Reader form the library. Staff will assist you in loading your books onto the reader which can be taken home an enjoyed for three weeks just like a paper book.

    Provides full-text coverage on a broad range of topics, including health, business, and US states and territories, from nearly 2,000 magazines and newspapers. Full-text articles are available as far back as 1975 for some titles. EBSCOhost is updated daily, and includes Consumer Reports, Consumers' Research Magazine, and most recently, GLBT Life. Patrons have the option to email citations or full-text articles.

    In cooperation with the John Carter Brown Library, EBSCO Publishing created a comprehensive guide to printed records about the Americas written in Europe before 1750 from European Americana: A Chronological Guide to Works Printed In Europe Relating to the Americas, 1493-1750. The database contains more than 32,000 records, and covers the history of European exploration as well as portrayals of native American peoples.

  4. Ferguson's Career Guidance Center

    A career research database with its Job and Industry Profiles section providing information on nearly 3,400 jobs and 94 industries, broken down into 16 Career Clusters created by the Department of Education. These profiles are presented through overview articles and videos. The Career and Industry Resources section includes more than 55,000 entries on scholarships, internships, and more, divided into easily browsable categories with searchable records. Videos: Nearly 300 videos introduce users to a wide variety of jobs, industries, and career development skills.
