About Richland Library St. Andrews
Richland Library St. Andrews is one of the three regional branches located throughout Richland County. It began as a project of the St. Andrews Woman's Club in 1964. The small collection was first housed in the community center. By 1968, the facility moved to Lancewood Road and had been incorporated as a branch. In 1992, St Andrews Regional Branch moved to its current location.
