About Richland Library St. Andrews
Richland Library St. Andrews is one of the three larger locations located throughout Richland County.
The library began as a project of the St. Andrews Woman’s Club in 1964. By 1968, the facility moved to Lancewood Road and was incorporated as a branch. In 1992, Richland Library St. Andrews moved to its current location.
St. Andrews serves a well-mixed community of diverse cultural and economic backgrounds. Situated close to the Lexington County line, this location has many out of county card holders.
