The panel was made up of Representatives Bakari Sellers and Nathan Ballentine and the South Carolina Executives for both parties- Matt Moore (Republican) and Amanda Loveday (Democratic). The program was co-sponsored by RCPL with the Central Carolina Community Foundation.
