Winter Break Programs

Calling all teens! You've been waiting for it since August and it is finally here--winter break. These two highly anticipated weeks are usually filled with family, friends, and new memories. We would like to invite you to make some of these memories with the Teen Center. Come join us for crafts, movies, snacks, and holiday cheer! Programs will be scheduled as follows:

Richland Library to Host First Local Author Showcase!

On Saturday, December 7th, Richland Library Main is turning into an exhibit hall for our first ever Local Author Showcase!

Come meet and mingle with more than 60 diverse and talented local authors who will be signing and selling children, teen, and adult books about everything from barbecue to business, mysteries to histories, poetry and prose.

Five Manga From The Teen Otaku Association

The Teen Otaku Association (which meets every Monday at Main, 6pm-8pm) reads a lot of manga and watches a lot of anime. Sometimes we also compare K-Pop groups or read choose-your-own-adventure Hamlet on stage. It's a toss-up.

The following are titles recommended by members of TOA and what we have to say about them. We could share a hundred more titles if asked, but we are most passionate about these series. We like their animated versions, too!
