They Make Manga, and So Can You
Have you ever read a manga that was so great that you wanted to make one yourself? At the University of South Carolina, there is a club called We Make Manga where the students push each other to create the best comics they can, with guidance from expert professors. We Make Manga have a website at www.wemakemanga.com where finished projects are available for view. The USC Art Department is hosting an open house in the McMaster building on Friday, March 22 from 3:00 - 5:00pm. In addition to meeting the professors and students of USC's art department, student exhibitions will be on display. If you would like to take your talent to the next level, pay a visit to the McMaster building and speak to your artistic contemporaries.
Richland Library continues to offer plenty of art and manga guides to help you finish the comic that could one day put your name on library shelves.
