Wills, Estates & Probate

Do you want to know who gets your money when you die? Do you know who receives your property when you die?Regardless of how much or how little money you have a will ensures that your assets go to who you want them to go! If you have minor children you want to protect them and who you want as their guardian. Advance planning can save taxes as well as reduce conflicts within the family.

For some people a will can be a simple form that can be completed and witnessed. For others a lawyer is recommended to help with the process. Either way you need to be aware of how probate works in South Carolina.
