Let's dance to Zumba choreography!
It's finally time for a #BrainBreak! Dancing is a great way to let out energy and have fun while doing it.
Alberto Perez, dancer and choreographer, accidentally created Zumba when he forgot his usual music for an aerobic class. This resulted in him playing salsa and merengue music instead. The rest is history! ("Zumba Is A Hit, But Is It Latin?", 2012)
