Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend till completely smooth. For a smoother texture. Pre blend the oats to a powdery consistency. Then add the other ingredients.
Fruit Yogurt Bars
This a simple addition to any breakfast plate or a great Iftar snack. Quick and easy to make. And you will not be feeling sluggish afterwards.

Blend together the dates, oates, honey, and black seed. Once you have the crust all blended together. Take a baking dish, line it with wax paper. Scoop out the mixture and gently press into the bottom of the baking dish. Now take plain yogurt and spread it on top of the crust evenly. Making a top layer. Now place your fruit on top. Once done cover and place the making dish in the freezer for 30mins. When its ready you can cut it into squares that are ready to go!
