Kids in Print 2022

Congratulations to the illustrators and writers featured in this year's edition of Kids in Print 2022!

Children and teens, ages six to 18, have shared their poetry, stories, short plays, essays, drawings and photographs with the library. Our staff received more than 170 submissions and selected 62 contributors to feature in this year's edition.

This annual literary magazine showcases the talents of young people across the Midlands and this year's edition is the 27th publication.

Kids in Print 2022 is in the final stages of design. We can’t wait for its official release later this summer, sharing digital and physical copies with contributors, their families and our community.

Library staff is also planning a special virtual reception and an in person drop-in to celebrate the work of the young authors and artists. Please check back with richlandlibrary.com for more details.
