**The present invitation is to provide an extended period of time for responding to the previously-distributed (March 26, 2021) RFP.**
Richland Library invites proposals for Auditing Services. The contract begins on July 1, 2021, and is renewable annually each year through June 30, 2025.
This Request for Proposal provides interested companies with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit written proposals for consideration by Richland Library for auditing services. It is the intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals to meet the needs of the Library while permitting fair, free and impartial competition among proposers.
Legal Information
This solicitation does not commit the Richland Library to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of proposals, or to procure or contract for the services solicited. The Library has the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any minor irregularities, to cancel in part or whole this solicitation, if it is deemed in the best interest of the Library, and to award a contract that will be most advantageous for the Library.
