Sealed bids for all labor and material required for Richland Library - Main Library Generator Gates project, will be received by the Architect, BOUDREAUX, on behalf of the Owner, Richland Library, on February 12, 2020 at 2:30PM. The location of the bid opening will be clarified at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
There is a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on January 30, 2020 at 10:00AM at Richland Library, 1431 Assembly Street, Room 214. Only those bidders represented are eligible to bid. Bidders must sign in to mandatory pre-bid meeting under the same name that will appear on the Bid Form. At the conference all questions are to be directed to the Owner and submitted to the Owner in writing by February 6, 2020.
Construction is anticipated to begin in March 2020.

This solicitation does not commit the Richland Library to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of proposals, or to procure or contract for the services solicited. The Library has the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any minor irregularities, to cancel in part or whole this solicitation, if it is deemed in the best interest of the Library, and to award a contract that will be most advantageous for the Library.
