Must Love Food: Adult Cooking Class

Each person will decorate and take home 3-4 holiday themed cookies. No experience is required! Ages 13+ welcome!

• The different royal icing consistencies of royal icing and when to use them
• How to outline a cookie
• How to “flood” cookies with royal icing
• The difference between tipless piping bags and piping tips
• Wet on wet technique
• Other basic cookie decorating tips

Selena Dennis is the owner of Embellished Dough. She is a wife and mother of two who turned her love for sweets and baking into a business. She has been making custom sugar cookies for over a year and a half.  When she's not baking you can find her running in a 5K.
