Stories of the Polygraph
Saturday, January 11, 2020 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
The polygraph, sometimes called the “lie detector,” has played an increasingly prominent role in law enforcement and national security since it was created almost 100 years ago. The polygraph frequently appears in movies, spy novels, daytime television shows and news reports but rarely accurately. Join Former CIA Polygraph Examiner and Researcher, Don Krapohl, to gain a first-hand account of what it's like to work in the field of polygraph examination including famous and not-so-famous stories about the polygraph as well as a demonstration with a modern instrument.
