Week Three: Mindful Movement featuring Arms, Upper Back and Core
Many of our daily tasks involve the use of our arms and torso. In this practice, explore ways to both gently build some core strength and invite a little more flexibility into the middle body.
- Week One: Introduction to Mindful Movement (November 2)
- Week Two: Mindful Movement featuring Head, Neck & Shoulders (November 9)
- Week Four: Mindful Movement featuring Hips, Lower Back & Legs (November 23)
These sessions can be done as a complete series, but are still effective as stand-alone classes.
