Week Two: Mindful Movement featuring Head, Neck & Shoulders
This week features techniques for clearing the mind and opening and releasing common areas that hold tension—the neck and shoulders.
- Week One: Introduction to Mindful Movement (November 2)
- Week Three: Mindful Movement featuring Arms, Upper Back and Core (November 16)
- Week Four: Mindful Movement featuring Hips, Lower Back and Legs (November 23)
These sessions can be done as a complete series, but are still effective as stand-alone classes.
