Week Four: Mindful Movement featuring Hips, Lower Back & Legs
Whether you are very active or seated and more sedentary, over the course of a single day, the base of your spine can feel the pressure of an upright body. We conclude our series with a practice to both strengthen and release the hips, lower back and legs.
These sessions can be done as a complete series, but are still effective as stand-alone classes.
