Bilingual Outdoor Storytime with Congaree National Park/ Cuentos al aire libre con Parque Nacional Congaree
Tuesday, December 7, 2021 10 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Enjoy stories, songs, and a show-and-tell of nature objects from your local National Park. Community Volunteer Ambassador Richard Joyce will also have Junior Ranger activity booklets and information about the Junior Ranger Program.
Disfrute de cuentos, canciones y una presentación de objetos de la naturaleza, todos relacionados con nuestro parque nacional más cercano, el Parque Nacional Congaree. También estarán disponibles libretas del programa Guardaparques Junior y un pasante del parque, Richard Joyce, podrá responder preguntas sobre las oportunidades educativas y recreativas en el parque.

- Registration is required for this event. Each registration is for a "family square" which will accommodate up to 5 people. Please bring a blanket to sit on!
- In case of inclement weather, this program will be canceled. Please include your email address when you register so that we can keep you up to date!
- Please wear weather-appropriate clothing for this outdoor event.
Mask Requirements: In alignment with local ordinances and guidance from CDC and SC DHEC, all individuals ages 5+, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear masks indoors, and in “crowded outdoor spaces,” during events where it is impractical or impossible to maintain six feet of distance at all times.
