Make & Create: Flower Decorated Candle Holder

In this program we will be making DIY decorated candle holders.  Participants will use fake flowers to decorate glass containers and transform them into beautiful, DIY candle holders!

• In case of inclement weather, this program will be canceled.
• This event will take place on the Richland Library Edgewood Courtyard. You can access the patio after entering the building.
