From NE Teaching Kitchen: Mastering Flavor- The Art of Seasonings
Thursday, May 7, 2026 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
This interactive Hands-on program is designed to educate and inspire both novice cooks and seasoned chefs alike, offering a comprehensive exploration of how seasonings can transform ordinary dishes into extraordinary culinary creations.
In Honor of National BBQ Month, We will be making a delicious Southern Smoke & Sweet Rub. Perfect for the spring-Summer cookouts and family gatherings.
By the end of the program, participants will have gained a deep appreciation for the role of seasonings in cooking, developed practical skills in seasoning selection and application, and be inspired to experiment confidently with flavors in their own kitchens.
