Northeast Teaching Kitchen Teen Cooking Club

Love pizza? Learn how to make it from scratch! In this hands-on teen culinary camp, participants will mix dough, prep fresh toppings, and bake their own pizzas and focaccia while learning real kitchen skills in the Teaching Kitchen.
Calling all teen food lovers! This hands-on, two-day culinary camp introduces teens to real kitchen skills in a professional teaching kitchen. Campers will learn kitchen safety, knife skills, food handling, and teamwork while cooking from scratch.
A Waiver will need to be filled out by the caregiver/parent/guardian prior to the event on behalf of the teen. This waiver will be sent via email to the registrants after the deadline has passed. Agenda will also be shared at that time. Black Closed toed, slip resistant shoes are required. Participants are required and expected to attend both sessions in full. Please be aware that consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase the risk of foodborne illness.
