Richland Library is seeking to hire an Arts Intern at our Main location.

Duration of Position:

12 Weeks: May 25 – August 14, 2026

Sample Duties:

Assists with Installation / De-installation of Gallery shows and displays
Assists Resident Artist during workshops and classes (weekends and evenings as needed)
Attends and assists with Gallery receptions and Library art events

Minimum Requirements:

College students currently enrolled at an accredited institution.
Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills.
Is able to climb ladders, lift up to 25lbs, and use tools to display/hang many types of art
Interest in public library service, especially in providing excellent customer service.
Must be able to legally work in the United

Salary: $500

Hours: 20hrs bi-weekly
