What's Cooking, Chef?

Here is your opportunity to learn how to create chef-inspired dishes and culinary techniques that you can recreate at home.
Chef Floyd will be preparing Pan-Seared Snapper with Cauliflower Risotto. Chef Floyd will demonstrate how to break down a round fish and the technique on making a risotto.
**If you have any questions or concerns please email NE_TeachingKitchen@richlandlibrary.com. Samples of the dish and the recipe will be provided during the program. Only those in attendance will be able to sample the dish. Any questions about food allergies or ingredients must be addressed before the start of the program.**
