What's Cooking, Chef?

Here is your opportunity to learn how to create chef-inspired dishes and culinary techniques that you can recreate at home.
This segment of the What's Cooking, Chef? Series will be " Cooking Locally Grown".
Guest Chef: Chef Mike Ellis (CEC), Executive Chef of " The Grand" restaurant.
Chef Mike Ellis is from Dayton, Ohio. He learned to love food and cooking from a young age from his parents and grandparents. He is currently the Director of Culinary Services for The Grand, The Venue, Hanabi, Player’s Club, Good Life Café, Smoked, 518 Smokehouse, Robinson Room, Urban Tiki, . Chef Ellis has 4 daughters and recently married the love of his life, Rebekah.
