About Richland Library Cooper
Richland Library Cooper is a midsize branch originally opened in 1961 as a gift from the Cooper family in memory of John Hughes Cooper. Cooper is conveniently located about a block from the intersection of Forest Drive and Trenholm Road. For those traveling from I-77, take the Strom Thurmond Boulevard Exit to Forest Drive.
