2021. We made it, but not without a heaping dose of anxiety and fear. If worry is affecting you, you can bet it’s also affecting your little one.
Luckily, your friends at Richland Library are here to help you and your little one cope with all those worries and develop a practice of mindfulness. So take a few deep breaths and peruse a selection of picture books that will help children recognize that while anxiety may visit, it doesn’t have to stay.

Captain Starfish
