NOTICE OF DEADLINE EXTENSION
REF: Human Capital Management Solution RFP
In the best interest of Richland Library, the deadline for this Request for Proposal has been extended from December 31, 2019 to January 17, 2020. All organizations/companies that wish to participate in the process are requested to submit all the required documentation by January 17, 2020 by 12:00 noon.
This request for proposals (RFP), issued for Richland Library by the Human Resources Department, the Finance Department and Learning Management, provides interested Proposers with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by Richland Library to satisfy a need for Human Capital Management (HCM) Software.
Legal Information
This solicitation does not commit the Richland Library to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of proposals, or to procure or contract for the services solicited. The Library has the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any minor irregularities, to cancel in part or whole this solicitation, if it is deemed in the best interest of the Library, and to award a contract that will be most advantageous for the Library.
