The Richland Library Friends and Foundation is the nonprofit arm of Richland Library, Richland County’s nationally recognized, award-winning library system. About Us

The Richland Library Friends and Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization governed by a Board of Trustees whose mission is to support Richland Library by raising awareness and financial support. While public funding supports basic library operations, private philanthropy through the Friends and Foundation helps to ensure a higher level of service both now and in the future.
