As a public body, the Richland Library Board of Trustees recognizes citizens who wish to provide input at regular and special called meetings.

The Board of Trustees of the Richland Library has adopted the Code of Conduct to provide a safe and comfortable environment for those using library facilities and resources.

We're committed to providing customers with equitable access to the Internet through the Library’s public computers and wireless network.

Photo, Video and Media Policy

We encourage customers to capture their visit – whether it be finding a favorite book, experiencing a library program, utilizing a meeting space or enjoying a guided tour.

This website is owned by Richland Library and maintained by library staff. The site's purpose is to provide information to the public regarding library services, resources and events.

Room Reservations

As a service to the community, Richland Library offers a variety of meeting and study spaces for use by community groups, non-profit agencies and other organizations.
