Sunday, June 23, 2019 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Relive this colorful time in our history through its engaging, humorous, and irresistible music.
New York Blues Hall of Fame inductee Marc Black will be your guide during this afternoon of song, storytelling, and laughter through these two historically defining decades. You’ll celebrate songs from the past including Itsy Bitsy, Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka -Dot Bikini and Blowin’ in the Wind, as well as tunes by artists such as Dean Martin and George Harrison. Marc will also perform his own band’s top forty hit from 1967 when he toured with The Doors, Neil Diamond, The Dave Clark Five, and Van Morrison, Happy by the Blades of Grass.
Marc Black was inducted into the New York Blues Hall of Fame in 2014, and has performed with Art Garfunkel, Pete Seeger, and other musical icons. ABC Radio also recently named Marc Folk Artist of the Year.
