Losing someone we love, be it a spouse, a close friend, or a cherished family member, is one of life's hardest journeys, especially as we age. This experience often brings with it feelings of isolation, heartbreak, and uncertainty. However, you don't have to navigate this path alone. This class is designed to offer valuable insights from a local expert on the grieving process. You'll explore healthy coping mechanisms that can assist you in managing your emotions and rediscovering hope. Additionally, you'll learn about various community resources available to support you on your journey towards healing.
This program will be presented by Dr. Shaun Owens and Mike Leonard, of the Healthy Aging Research and Technology (HART) Lab at USC.
